Here at TrianShya Living, welcome. You accept the following Terms & Conditions by using our services or by entering, using, or staying in a TrianShya Living property. Read them carefully, please.
1. Eligibility & Residency
- To sign an agreement, residents must be at least eighteen years old or have the approval of a legal guardian.
- Approval of residency is contingent upon the results of background checks and other verification procedures.
- All building regulations, service guidelines, and municipal laws must be followed by tenants and visitors.
2. Payments & Fees
- As specified in the rental agreement, rent and service charges must be paid on or before the due date.
- As specified in your lease, late payments may result in penalties and interest.
- Depending on the state of the apartment and compliance with the lease, security deposits are refunded.
3. Use of Property & Services
- Unless otherwise specified in writing, units are only to be used for residential purposes.
- The property's integrity and cleanliness must be preserved by the residents.
- Inappropriate usage of facilities or common areas could result in privilege suspension or lease termination.
4. Cancellations & Termination
- When a lease is terminated, the notice time specified in the agreement must be followed.
- Unless there are legitimate legal or medical reasons, early termination may be penalized.
- In the event of a term violation or other misconduct, TrianShya Living retains the right to end services.
5. Personal Conduct & Community Standards
- It is expected that residents and their visitors will act civilly and amicably.
- We will not put up with harassment, unlawful activity, or acts that disturb the neighborhood.
- TrianShya advocates for surroundings that are welcoming, secure, and courteous to everyone.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
- Personal property damage or loss is not TrianShya Living's responsibility unless it results from our fault.
- Residents use the facilities and wellness programs at their own risk.
- At any time, TrianShya Living retains the right to change its policies and services.
7. Privacy & Data
- Our Privacy Policy governs the handling of personal information gathered for residency or services.
- Unless mandated by law, we never divulge personal information without permission.
8. Modifications to Terms
- These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time by TrianShya Living.
- Acceptance of the updated terms is implied by continuing to use our properties or services after they have been modified.
