We at TrianShya Living are proud to provide premium towels that are made for comfort, toughness, and well-being. We are available to assist you if you’re not quite happy with your purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns of merchandise must be made within 14 days after delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed.
- It is necessary to have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
- Returns are not accepted for items with damage, wear, or missing original tags.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Laundered or used towels.
- Items bought as part of promotional bundles or during the last sale (unless faulty).
- Orders for personalized or customized towels.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your towel is flawed or arrives damaged:
- Get in touch with us with your order details and images within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once the problem has been confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a complete refund, including return shipping charges.
4. Return Process
- To start a return request, send an email to info@trianshyaliving.com, our customer service department.
- Ship the item to the specified return address after it has been accepted.
- Refunds to the original payment method are completed within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.
5. Exchanges
We don’t currently provide direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order if you require a different color or size.
